Our office is open from 8 AM Pacific Time to 10 PM Pacific Time daily. Just call us at +1 (800) 253-9673, and our front desk reservations will be glad to assist you. If you call after office hours, simply leave us a detailed voice mail and we'll be certain to get back to you the following business day.

- We require a major credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) to guarantee your reservation
- We do not charge your card until you show up for registration
- Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
- All of the information that you provide to our reservation agent is secured and safeguarded.
- Upon check in we require photo identification and a credit card. All special requests are subject to availability upon check in.
- We have a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by 3 PM 72 hours or 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees.
